Here’s a simple one for when you’re alone & don’t feel like getting out of your chair to change your tires. First find a place where you can lean up against (with the new tire you want to put on in front of you & the tire you want to remove facing the outside) & use your one arm to support yourself. With your other arm change the outside tire & replace.
